Q2: Does the CA202 144-202-000-205 require external electrical insulation from the machine casing surface?
A: No. The CA202 is engineered as a symmetrical sensor featuring built-in internal case insulation and a differential output, meaning electrical insulation of the external mounting surface is not required.

A: No. While the main sensor housing supports continuous operation from -55 to +260°C, the integral cable is rated for a narrower continuous range of -55 to +200°C. Ensure the cable routing path avoids localized machinery hot spots exceeding 200°C.

Q4: My vibration readings are noisy or cutting out. How should the cable leads be connected?
A: The sensor uses a 2-pin system insulated from the case. Verify that the flying leads are securely landed to the IPC70x signal conditioner: connect the Blue wire to positive (+), the White wire to negative (-), and land the Green wire to the designated Case/Ground terminal.

Q5: How does the sensor maintain signal integrity when sprayed with water, steam, or industrial lubricants?
A: The austenitic stainless-steel housing and the flexible protection hose are hermetically welded together. This creates a completely sealed, leaktight assembly that is impervious to 100% relative humidity, water, steam, oil, and dust.
